For hotels aroundn the world, we ask for a minimum block of 15 rooms per night. For restaurants / venues in NYC, we kindly ask for $5,000 (before admin, tax & tip) to guarantee our 3 business day turnaround. You can certainly source venues below that budget, but we just can't guarantee a 3 day turn around time with results

YES, we do! Our own in-clued full catering service is the best (or worst) kept secret in NYC. All of Manhattan is our kitchen - we simply pair our amazing event staff with any menu in Manhattan that best fulfills your event needs. Our full service catering comes with the whole enchilada - consultation & delivery around food, beverages, glassware, plates, servers, bartenders and sometimes design/equipment rentals. Every menu and kitchen who deliver to your office has been carefully curated by yours truly, so be prepared to be wowed by not only the food quality but also the beautiful set-up and execution.
For full service catering, we'd LOVE a minimum budget of $100pp and $5K overall budget before tax & tip to guarantee a 3-day response timeframe. But if you have less than that, still try us out and we'll try to get back to you asap!

This is possibly the hardest and most fattening part of our job: we review, test, & inspect everything from each kitchen's logistics, presentation, and food quality. Logistics is key because when you are serving food for large groups (possibly the population of a small island), the delivery not only needs to pass your security points, but also real-estate limitations, insurance requirements, your grandmother's sixth sense, and wait time while your CEO finishes the presentation.
That would be like eating a five-star twelve course meal without the wine-pairing, so no. We are absolutely open to meeting the best in the event industry, including but not limited to AV/Tech providers, furniture/equipment rental, DJ/bands, photographers, florists, and other entertainers.
